How to read old electricity meter

I’ve always been really careful when I’ve sent my meter readings in as I find the electricity meter difficult to read. I’ve just sent the last one in and it’s less than before! So either I’ve done this one or the last one wrong.
Could someone confirm for me what this reading is please?

Reading is 76755

As above because four of the dials haven’t yet reached the next number hence using the previous.

The reading it was showing previously was higher, it didn’t state it was estimated but it probably was . I’m about to change supplier so want to make sure I get it right.
thanks again

The tricky bit is that some dials run backwards. But you always round to the next number below. It's even trickier when the needle is almost on a number. You may have to look at the next dial below to work it out. So if the 10's looks like it's near a 5, but the 1's is on a 9, then the 10's will still be a 4. But if the 1's is on a 1, then the 10's must be 5. If that makes any sense.PS. I agree with NeverTooLate's reading. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.1
