I have just received an email from TalkTalk (email heading, Thank for bearing with us) in the message it states please accept our sincere apologies for the trouble getting in contact with them. There is a link to click on. I did phone them about 2 weeks ago and like most people I did have trouble getting though.
I am not sure if this is a genuine email or not, has anyone else received one of these?
Thanks

Just credited £20 to my Amazon account. How does TalkTalk know your Amazon account details then ?Or even that you have an Amazon account ?0 -
They don’t know I have or have not Got a Amazon account. You don’t need to know if a person has an account to gift them a Amazon voucher. If I did not have an account with Amazon I would just set one up, if I did not want one I would just give the voucher to someone who has.0

Yes I agree, I just click on the link in the email and copied the voucher code. There were no login needed to do this. I added the voucher code to my Amazon account and the £20 was added to my account.0
