Hello
I paid for a beauty treatment training course by Credit card in February this year
now all attended courses have been cancelled until further notice.
the agreed completion date was September 2020.
does anyone know if I have any rights to request a refund or partial refund
I know the current circumstances are not fault of the company ,but I am now having to pay £2500 for something I have not received.
any advice would be appreciated as don’t know where to turn for advice with this.
thank you in advance

Can't offer advice on that but I hope you've thoroughly checked the company out as there are several notorious ones. Hopefully it wasn't Next Step Beauty , or British Beauty Academy .0

Have you asked? What have they said?nibscowbag said:

Had you begun the course? If not, I'd expect you to be entitled to a full refund.
If you'd done part of the course then you may be able to get a part refund. However, do you still want to do the course at a later date? It may be better to remain enrolled and finish this course whenever available than have to re-join and re-start from the beginning.0 -
Thanks for your replies
I had begun the course (attended for 1 day)
7 more outstanding
I have written to them requesting a partial refund and they are just saying this is not their fault and they do not offer refunds of any kind but cannot advise if and when they may be able to resume the course
I’m not looking for all my money back and would be willing to accept a partial refund
