Modomobi £40 charge - Three network

Can't find anything about this having been posted, apologies if it has already been discussed.

Long story short, I've been charged £40 on my Three bill for allegedly signing up to Modomobi. To be clear - I haven't. 
Three are denying any liability and are refusing to refund.

Has anyone got any experience of this? Thanks

Its up to you to sort out, nothing to do with Three.

Thanks. They've denied a refund, stating that I've had the service for more than 14 days and thus ineligible....
Court, then?

This is a huge scam with large numbers of complaints.

YHad the same scam done to my wife's mobile very recently, £40 charged for something she didn't sign up to.  Sent e-mail demanding full refund and filled in their "claim form" which goes to an "independent adjudicator", was offered a £10 refund.  Sent another e mail yesterday including a Letter Before Action, had a reply from the "independent adjudicator" who I had not even contacted again, now offering a full refund. The website on the post above was used for guidance and advice and it worked!

Yep, claimed the refund yesterday - via a post office code.

Thanks again to Cranford, went back to them again after his advice, and they crumbled. Result!
