I haven’t tried Dalgona coffee because it doesn’t personally appeal! To get a nice iced coffee, I’ve tried a couple of methods in the last few days.
If you have an espresso machine, you can pour a shot of espresso over ice, then top it up with cold water or cold milk. This is possibly the easiest, but not possible if you don’t have an espresso machine. You could make a pot of cafetiere/french press and let it cool a bit, then pour it over ice.
I ways used to look forward to my frappé when having my Greek holiday; tinned milk, water and Nescafé, whisked then in a glass haven't tried making it at home as I love the memories I have.
