DPD Blacklisted my address as a fraud risk

It would appear that DPD have blacklisted my address due to a fraud risk. I only know this having made two online purchases which DPD have refused to deliver. DPD refer me to the seller and the seller refers me to DPD. I'm getting seriously fed up!
Has anyone else had this problem?

Any idea how I resolve it?

Only DPD will be able to tell you why they've blacklisted you.

Have you not long moved into this address? If not, do you have a history of delivery disputes with this carrier? If yes, perhaps a previous occupant did? 

Regardless, no one here can do anything more than guess why your address might be "blacklisted".

From a consumer rightrs perspective you have no right to force DPD to deliver to you.

As for sorting it out. Maybe, maybe not.

If you are new to the property (and it is not a shared place), than providing them evidence may change their mind.

On the other hand they hay have blacklisted the entire street for reasons only they know and are unlikely to tell you.

All you can do is ask them and see if you can come to an arragement of do not use anyone who uses DPD (and again that it here choice and they do not have to ship via a diffrerent method just for you).

Moving is the only 100% way you can solve this if they refuse to budge after your very polite reasonable requests.
