Help ! Online refund to a closed debit card

In need of advice, I am waiting for 2 refunds from Dunelm and Wayfair, however, the debit card I purchased the returned items with is now cancelled because I changed my bank account, And that account is closed! My old bank, Lloyds, tell me I have to go to the seller and the seller tells me they can not refund to a debit card other than the one I originally used. It’s not a lot of money but I don’t think this is fair . Any advice would be much appreciated
