So you've personally got nothing to add but you still keep coming back?fred246 said:No I think this extra bit has got minute noodles to blame for rolling on the floor laughing. I would never be in the position of the OP because I would just do my own. I was hoping someone who used 'the professionals' might be able to help the OP with the sort of problems you get using 'the professionals'.0 -
But if the manufacture has shut down and they are the only source of the part..... How do you suggest that the OP gets it?fred246 said:Garages to remain open during pandemic.
As well as if the car is still in bits, which odds on it is while they are awaiting the part. How is the OP supposed to gt a non running car back home, then fix it?Life in the slow lane0 -

So why can't 'the professionals' communicate with the customer to keep her informed?0

Did you not bother reading the original post? They have been in communication. They told the OP within days that the part was unavailable because of lockdown, and have told them weekly since that there's no change in that.fred246 said:So why can't 'the professionals' communicate with the customer to keep her informed?0 -
Apart from the initial phone call 'the professionals' have made no attempt to communicate with the customer. All communication has been initiated by the customer. That is why the customer is unhappy and has asked the forum for advice.0
