Natwest Feeder Account for BBLS

Has anyone had any success opening the feeder account with Natwest before applying for the bounce back loan?
I applied a week ago and have heard nothing. This needs to be opened before even applying for the loan and it feels like it is never going to happen!

I’m still waiting to hear back .. I’m a rbs personal customer so applied there first waited a week to be told sorry we can’t open u and an account because u don’t live in Scotland 😐 so they have told me to apply for NatWest which I have but spoke to adviser on webchat and he said to chase up 3-5 working days but feeder accounts should almost certainly be opened... not holding my breath1

Update: Shortly after posting this I had my first email from Natwest saying they had received my documents and would be in touch when they had reviewed them. This afternoon I have received an email with my feeder account details. So it has taken a week to open, technically 4 working days.1

I’m also an Rbs personal customer. Self employed. I just had an email from NatWest today saying my feeder account application was declined! I can’t understand why. I’m now really desperate for funds to support my Buisness. Any advice?😓0

I signed my BBL agreement on Saturday 9th May, they state it will be paid out within 3 working days - no money by Wednesday so I call them to be told they're working through the backlog and that I'll receive it by today, still no funds so i call them again only to be told it'll be in by Wednesday next week because there's a delay opening a feeder account! I queried this because I have both a Business and Personal account with them - I've now been told they have to open a feeder account for every BBL! really?? why?? this is why they have a backlog! every other back pays out next day. Really not happy with Natwest0

I have up o gave up with NatWest and opening an account as they said I had issues with credit etc
opened one with starling on Monday, applied for a bbl this morning and was approved by lunchtime.Much easier, highly recommend them0 -
I applied for a non-customer feeder account to NatWest as I had heard nothing from HSBC. The process is online and gives confidence that something is happening. Several emails too. (HSBC was by phone and no feedback for 12 days now). I applied Thursday, but by Friday I note that they are no longer accepting these feeder loan applications, instead pointing enquiries to the British Bank website. Applied just in time, I hope. Still waiting for application to be processed=============================

Don’t get your hopes up for a NatWest feeder account. Applied 9 days ago, got a call yesterday to discuss. They are only for personal account holders to verify self employment. If you are a non account holder you are advised you will need to open a business account0
