The password that the scammers say they know and which you used for that site ... have you used the same password elsewhere?0

There were no financial transactions by that time. I pulled it before any happened at the end of month one.
"If you have doubts about the identity of the person making the request you can ask for more information."
If the details I first gave them were good enough to set up direct debits in my name without question, then 2 days later I cancel using the same reference number and email I signed up with, then they allow me to cancel without question.
Why only now when i'm asking for Right of Access for the exact same details I gave them a couple of days ago would they be suspicious it's not actually me.
Like their thinking is only a scammer would pull out, only the real person would certainly keep the subscription.
They have zero doubts its me, and I would gain nothing receiving the same information I gave them a couple of days ago, its purely a stalling tactic.
Theres no easy way to prove my identity via email anyway (They didn't give me a clear an concise examples of how to do this, and it was beyond the 1 month period. 2 1/2 months later after I contacted them again), a scan of my driving license can be Photoshopped. Other than turning up at head office with my passport it's just a stalling block, next will be a hefty admin fee. Aside from that having a third party notary confirm my identity and send a notarised request on my behalf via 'special delivery' or signed delivery to their registered business address which would cost me money.
The fact is these laws have been put in place and have been flaunted. They had one month to answer my request and failed. Their only reply to the request was at two and a half months. When I reminded them of my Right of Access request.

You haven't answered the question about the password. In practice I expect the details are from some other database being hacked, not anybody selling on their own data. Certainly when I got a similar email, the password of mine they had was an ancient one.

>You're flaunting them, they're flouting them.
How am I "flaunting"? I sent one email invoking GDPR and a second as a reminder. Which is my right to do.
Thanks for the "advices" anyway. Got better help at a legal forum. Rather listen to people in the know than armchair lawyers who barely gave any decent advice on the topic and focused on passwords.
>You haven't answered the question about the password.
I said maybe its a coincidence, I have around 5 or 6 passwords all with varying strengths, does that satisfy your thirst? But again, maybe a coincidence along with the phone calls starting that day.
It doesn't matter if I thought it was them or not. It is my right to cancel and invoke GDPR (without me flaunting maliciously), which is the advice I was asking about.
You seem to be doing a Sherlock Holmes to pick me apart rather than give any real help in the area I inquired about.0 -

I suppose a good ad blocker and some internet security would stop the email from Becky who sells her pictures on faceboopk from getting through my walls of fire!
Still, enjoy watching the videos!0 -
