Credit card refund

2 concerts that i booked have recently been cancelled and I've been given a refund back onto my barclaycard, which had a zero balance and is now a plus+   all I want to do is get it put into my current account but this seems impossible?? Was told i can transfer between accounts but I can't. Unless I take the cash out hence I will be charged for this. It's there anyway apart from queuing outside the only bank open for hours of getting MY money back??

Ring them up and ask for a refund of the credit balance. There is no charge for this.

Or, just spent it when you do the shop or whatever.

You can do it via sending them a secure message when you log into you online account.

    Just follow the method below:

Enter the title ‘Credit balance refund’

If you’d like the refund to be transferred to the account you use to pay your Direct Debit, please enter ‘Refund to DD bank account’.

If you’d like the refund to another account, enter

    • Your account name
