Sweet Candy 4 U order problems

Has anyone ordered anything from Sweet Candy 4 U before as i placed a order from them about 3 weeks ago and i am still waiting for it.
I have emailed them a few times with no answer back from them and the phone number on the website just rings and rings.
so i am not sure on what to do next as i know things ordered online may take longer at the moment but its the fact that i can not get hold of them.
i paid by debit card so could my bank help?

Never used them, but I'd have been wary after reading the review that said" I've never used them but I bet they're good.Several reviews saying they don't answer and or you only get half your order .
