GOOD MORNING BRITAIN AND LORRAINE FREE CASH FRIDAY PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

These Good Morning Britain and Lorraine terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

Who can enter:

The Free Cash Friday prize draw (“Prize Draw”) in relation to the Good Morning Britain and Lorraine programmes (the “Programme”) is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group Plc, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

The Prize Draw may be made available on multiple occasions at the discretion of the Promoter, in each case in relation to an episode of the Programme.

Each Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win and www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on multiple occasions at the discretion of the Promoter, scheduled to open at 5pm on each of Wednesday 13th May 2020; Wednesday 20th May 2020; and Wednesday 27th May 2020.

Each Prize Draw will close at 7.45am on Friday 15 May 2020; Friday 22 May 2020; and Friday 29 May 2020 (each a “Closing Date”).

Winner selection & contact:

For each Prize Draw, the draw will take place shortly after 7.45am on the relevant Prize Draw Closing Date.

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first drawn at random from all eligible entries will be called live on air on the Programme between 8.30am and 8.50am on the relevant Prize Draw Closing Date on the phone number provided to ITV. Entrants must be contactable during these times to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant does not answer the phone within a reasonable number of rings (as determined by the Promoter) or the entrant’s phone goes directly to voicemail, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Promoter will move onto the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

The winner will be contacted in accordance with these terms and conditions and the General Terms. Clauses 5.1 to 5.3 (inclusive) of the General Terms do not apply to this Prize Draw.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter, go to the Website and follow the instructions. Entry to each Prize Draw is free but data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider or mobile network).

There is a cap of one (1) entry per mobile number per Prize Draw.

By entering the relevant Prize Draw, you confirm the following:

• You are 18 years or over and are a UK Resident;

• You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV or STV;

• You have read and accept these Good Morning Britain and Lorraine Free Cash Friday terms and conditions;

• You have read and accept the General Terms;

• You consent to be phoned live on air and for your name, general location, details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Websites, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms; and

• You will be contactable between 8.30am and 8.50am on the relevant Prize Draw Closing Date.

Prize:

There is one prize of three thousand pounds (£3,000) per Prize Draw made payable made in the name of the entrant only. Payment will be made by CHAPS same day service on the date that the winner provides the relevant transfer details to the Promoter (unless delayed due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control).
