Dispute o2 or equifax

Raise a formal complaint to the ICO explaining that the data O2 have reported to Equifax isn't a true reflection of the fact your account is settled.
Enclose copies of the disputes you've raised with Equifax where O2 have told them the data is "correct", copy of your credit file, and copies of your conversations with O2.0 -
I paid o2 off in September they still report it on my credit file as an active account0
