Hi there my flight got cancelled and I received an email confirming this from NetFlights.  Netflights have a list of Airlines with their refund policies, TAP Portugal say they only offer vouchers and this is also stated on their website.  Netflights also state they can only give me a full refund if the airline gives them my money that was passed on to them.  How do I play this one?  I would think it is down to Netflights to claim THEIR money back from the airline and that is nothing to do with me.  I understand the EU laws on cancelled flights but I'm a bit stuck as I went through a third party.  Does anyone have any good guidance in this situation?  I paid the full amount on BarclayCard, so I know section 75 is an option but it might not be because I didnt book direct.

I agree with you,   your contract is with Netflights,  theirs is with the airline.
Rather than a S75 try a Chargeback  for non supply of  service  show proof of cancellation, and state you are unwilling to take a voucher and that is your right under English Law. Some return the money instantly…
(it can be reversed, but the retailer needs to show evidence on why it should be.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.

OK, thanks.  I guess I'm worried that Netflights will just blame TAP, and Netflights will want us to take the vouchers anyway so they get to keep their commission on the sale.
