fast has not been my experience at all with RCI, and unless things have changed recently, it even says in the T&C "withdrawing money normally takes a couple of days". and if you make a request after 2pm on a friday afternoon, it will likely be end of day on tuesday before money appears in linked account. (or monday if before 2pm).
marcus by contrast is pretty d*mn fast (well, usually!)
