Student Bank Accounts

I've been looking around for the best student bank account as I start university in September. I don't have my offer confirmed yet as I am waiting on results (it's a conditional offer). I was wondering if there are any student bank accounts that allow you to apply before you have your actual place at university confirmed? I think the one at TSB looks good in terms of interest but the criteria doesn't make clear whether you can apply before you are confirmed on a course. Thanks!

I don't think the banks have brought out their 2020 deals yet. The ones I know of want confirmation of course issued by UCAS.2
