Hen Do Deposits?

Hello,
I've arranged a hen do via a company called off limits and paid £80pp deposit to secure accommodation and activities for 18 people in August.
I've emailed regarding my concerns towards covid-19 and the hen do and asked if the weekend isn't able to go ahead as planned what would be the situation as naturally my hens are reluctant to pay the balance off which is due on the 14th June until they know that if we have to move, they'll get their money back if they can no longer attend.
I had an email from the company today saying we would be offered a new date but if certain people couldn't make it they would lose their deposit, this doesn't sit right with me as it wouldn't be anyone's fault it got rearranged and therefore cannot see how they could hold onto the deposit? In my eyes I feel as though they are cashing in on the pandemic and greedily keeping deposits but I'm not sure. The terms does say the deposits are non refundable which I'm fine with but the deposit was made when that was available, however if the situation suddenly changes surely that should then mean they aren't providing the service to my whole party which Is what we initially booked for?
Can anyone offer a stressed out bride some advice please?
I know this is a complete what if situation because August doesn't look too bad in the government plans but it's the fact the balance needs paying by 14th June and I already feel panicky about them losing £80 each!
Thank you in advance.
