    @Streaky_Bacon - I have read the link you provided the other way round.  The person running the business is permitted to make deliveries.  The OP wants to go and collect.  Similar but opposite actions, even if the final outcome is the same.
    It is my understanding that it is the consumer who can travel to collect the item. I originally saw it reported as such by the BBC
    The updated lockdown regulations, which were presented to Parliament on Tuesday, also allow people to leave their homes to collect goods ordered from businesses or to travel to waste or recycling centres.
    It seems to also fit with the government's stated intention to:
    " return life to as near normal as we can, for as many people as we can, as quickly and fairly as possible in order to safeguard livelihoods, but in a way that is safe and continues to protect our NHS."
    As long as the OP can socially distance when they pick up the caravan, the government seems keen for as much commerce and other activities to return.

    They cannot reopen their stores, but they can still offer delivery and customer collection. As long as the OP does not need to go into a building, then the business can serve them.
    5.—(1) A person responsible for carrying on a business, not listed in Part 3 of Schedule 2, of offering goods for sale or for hire in a shop, or providing library services must, during the emergency period—
    (a)cease to carry on that business or provide that service except by making deliveries or otherwise providing services in response to orders received—
    (i)through a website, or otherwise by on-line communication,
    (ii)by telephone, including orders by text message, or
    (iii)by post;
