its much too late to appeal this , that ship sailed years ago

if you want to reset the court ccj , its the £255 set aside route for a contested claim , then fight the original court claim
Do you think I have a good chance of getting the CCJ set aside?
That is a question for a lawyer , pay one if you must but really it's a question for a judge and is part of the set aside process anyway so not economically viable

Nobody here knows enough about your case in detail such that they could give you an answer and even then you might be 1 in 100 that fails

It's either pay and try , or don't , that is your choice to make , not ours

Most people here haven't been there , not done it , don't know anything or much about it

Court is a lottery , but I believe that it's a low bar of proof , having read other threads on here , something that you could easily do and what you should be doing , like reading posts by Johnersh and Henrik and Bargepole etc

It doesn't matter what I think , is the reply to your question

I have seen Clarkson asked what he thinks in recent millionaire programmes , where in the end he wasn't sure so had to reply that he doesn't know , he may have had a gut feeling , like saying Germany , but didn't know , his answer about the first human vehicle was the same , he didn't know enough to answer and it wasn't his money riding on it

Either you take the punt , or not

He doesn't seem to know much about anything in this series. I think I'd rather use a lifeline asking the audience a complex astrophysics question than one asking Clarkson what the Prime Minister's name is! 😄
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Which is why the OP should not be asking the audience or the host

A quorum of serving learned judges may well be a better scenario , if there was one , but even then the OP has to decide on whether to take a punt , or walk away , both decisions have issues to be overcome

I do believe that Clarkson would have known the million pound answer , the TT , but that lifeline had already been used

Except to say yes, pretty much everyone gets their CCJ set aside versus a parking firm, with our help.  I can only ever recall two cases refused by a Judge in many hundreds posted about here over the past few years.
