My second baby turned out to be twins.
Money was tight, but we actually spent very little.
£30 second hand cot and mattress. The mattress had detachable washable covers and was vacuumed thoroughly. A few cot sheets.
£30 second hand car seat and base from a friend.
Huge bundles of clothes from Facebook for about £20.
Pram £350 bought new. I would have bought second hand but wanted a particular narrow side by side double that would fit through my doorway. Needed due to school run!!
Bottles new. Breast pump rented as neither twin would latch, but still cheaper than formula. Actually, never underestimate how expensive formula is!! When I switched over I later wished I had carried on expressing!
Baby sleeping bags.
muslin clothes (very useful!!)
baby carrier (£10 Facebook).
A bouncy chair is handy and again cheap on Facebook.
Babies really don’t need much!!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)3 -

I would definitely recommend getting as much second hand as you can, you'll save so much money and usually with a lot of baby things it's hardly or even never been used. I recently sold a baby bouncer on there I bought new but my baby didn't like it, yet I sold it for a third of the price I paid for it because I just wanted it gone (didn't have the room for it). Also if you're planning to breastfeed, look up yummikeys necklace
My 9 week old sleeps really well in the baby grobags by Tommee Tippee too, never had them with my older child but they're great.

i wanna buy the stroller for my baby. Buy buying a new baby stroller isn’t all that different from buying a new car. You’ll want to ask yourself some of the same questions: How good is the suspension? What kind of terrain can the stroller handle? How does it deal with turns? And what’s the storage like? With all the available — and sometimes expensive — models, buying a baby stroller can seem like you’re making a decision that’s just as weighty as a visit to the dealership. Strollers are helpful for navigating life with your new baby. They make getting out of the house with your infant (and eventually, your toddler) easier, so you’ll get your money’s worth out of whichever stroller you pick. After a long research on google i found this site can anyone tell me that this site is legit or not? Most parents use strollers a lot–to take power walks, go running, shop or walk around farmer’s markets, malls, neighborhoods and downtowns. A stroller ride also can help a fussy baby fall asleep (they love fresh air and movement). Chances are, you’ll add a stroller to your baby registry. But which one?

Clothes for you that you don't mind getting covered in bodily fluids and can manage lots of washes.
A review of your house to make sure it is child safe and fix things thst concern you
Stair gates are actually a good gift, everyone goes ott on buying 'gorgeous little outfits'that may only be worn once if your baby is a fast grower, (plus you feel compelled to dress them in said outfit when the personnwho bought it visits even if you can't stand it).
Stair gates provide years of use and enjoyment (you feel less on edge all the time).May you find your sister soon Helli.
