Jetline holidays/Jetline travel Ltd

Having booked my week to corfu in 24 jan 2020,and paid in full 678pounds. I received all my holiday docs soon after.
I did not hear from them till 18th april 2020, informing me my hols were cancelled, the lovely Heather from Jetline hols, offered me 3 alternatives, 1 no refund, 2 accept a credit voucher for 400 pounds, 3 rebook for a later date, which i might add was a lot more expensive.
I declined all these alternatives , insisting on a full refund, i asked can they send me my options via e- mail , but they declined saying the servers were down ???.
On the 24th april after trying to call them constantly someone from jetline answered , i reiterated to him could he please send me confirmation of my options, he went on to offer me a 500 pound voucher , which i had to accept that very day, again i asked him tp put this in an e-mail, to which he hung up on me.
At this point i started to search for the C E O or managing director of the company, and lo and behold after a few hours searching i got his e-mail address, and fone no.
So i sent him a really pleasant e-mail informing him of my plight with jetline holidays, within 2 days i had a response from one of his colleagues, and he would refund me 400 pounds , i thought what the heck , its better than nothing, so i sdent my bank details and 3 days later , hey presto 400 pounds back in the bank.

So if anyone on here is battling jetline holidays / travel, here are the e-mails and fone no of the relevant MD and others within the company.
