Ending Estate Agency Contract - Advice sought

i am afraid they are correct based on the wording.
My own agreement with EAs said 3 months sole representation rights and I was required to give 1 month notice, but the good part was that I was allowed to give the notice after 2 months of contract.
As a side point, they were completely useless and did not even do what they were contractually obliged to do so I did give them the notice after 2 months.0 -

I appreciate your help with the link, will most definitely challenge and quote the relevant section. Many thanks again.eddddy said:PerplexedKat said:
It says they are and gives membership number.
So in that case, I would challenge them about it - and say you want to terminate the contract after 20 weeks.1
