    You owe the money, you ignored their letters, you've paid the price and now have a correctly issued CCJ. The time to have sent a prove it letter was before it went to court. It's gone to court, they've proven the debt is owed, you've not disputed you owe it, they won their case because you buried your head in the sand and thought it would all go away if you did nothing.
    You could file a N244 to have it set aside but you'll have to pay £255 to do that with very little guarantee of success and you'll have to have a good reason as to why. That will only reset you back to where you were before the CCJ leaving them free to reapply again as it won't prevent them from taking further legal action.
