Travel trolley dodging refund

Hi all,
I bought 2 tickets for a flight in late February, one for me and one for my wife, I had to cancel my wife's one due to medical reasons, travel trolley said they would only refund £100 for that. So I accepted. A few days later when I was due to fly, my ticket was cancelled by the airline due to covid-19. Travel trolley said I would only be getting a full refund for my ticket as the other one was cancelled before. Even though this is stupid I still said okay fine I'll take the full refund of my ticket and partial £100 refund for my wife's ticket. Fast forward 3 Months I still haven't received my refund, everytime I call them they always say "please allow 3 more weeks, the airline hasn't refunded us yet, so we can't refund you until then."
What are my options?

My son had the same issue regarding a refund for cancelled flight He was promised a refund then 3 weeks later after promised refund did not arrive called them and thy said they will only give him a voucher. He refused, so they offered a refund of £300 (flight was £375) , again he refused and has now raised a chargeback claim with his bank. Waiting to hear back however traveltrolley called a couple of days ago offering £330 so maybe they have had notification from the bank of his claim. Will keep you posted.1
