Tui no contact

I booked a holiday with tui due to fly out july 17 i rang them in march to make final payment. I was told because of covid 19 all staff will be working from home and accounts have been frozen. She told me not to worry someone will contact me for payment when they start working from home. Iv waited and no contact has been made im getting nervous now  as it says on website if u dont pay in full you cant get refund. Iv spent hours on phone trying to get through no success. I understand they have thousands of people calling in at least  put us in a que so we can actually talk to someone  instead of the same message you get when you ring. All i want to do is pay rest of balnce so i can get a refund if its cancelled 12.000 is alot of money to loose any one had them contact them?
