Tui no contact

I booked a holiday with tui due to fly out july 17 i rang them in march to make final payment. I was told because of covid 19 all staff will be working from home and accounts have been frozen. She told me not to worry someone will contact me for payment when they start working from home. Iv waited and no contact has been made im getting nervous now  as it says on website if u dont pay in full you cant get refund. Iv spent hours on phone trying to get through no success. I understand they have thousands of people calling in at least  put us in a que so we can actually talk to someone  instead of the same message you get when you ring. All i want to do is pay rest of balnce so i can get a refund if its cancelled 12.000 is alot of money to loose any one had them contact them?

Just wait for them to contact you.  They want your money even more than you want to give it to them, even it is just £12.

I have not managed to phone Tui this morning on the contact phone number given for getting a refund for my fully paid and  holiday they have cancelled. I have waited for the refund credit code as they previously asked. The line is dead.

We have to pay the balance for our TUI holiday by 22 May, but have not been able to get through.  I pressed 1 for payments but get a message about refunds which keeps repeating.  What number have people been calling to pay the balance of a TUI holiday?

I think if you hold long enough on this call you will hear a message to say you are in a queue. I was confused too as I thought I'd got through to the wrong number, but my wife has more patience than me and she held on long enough to hear the message....
