Flybe flights nightmare

Hi there I desperately need some help please. I had flights booked with Flybe return to Amsterdam for end of May which cost nearly  £300. I put the cost on my credit card. However when Flybe dissolved and I tried to get my money back through the credit card, they're refusing to do anything unless I can show them documents like a confirmation email. I have checked a hundred times and absolutely cannot find the email - I'm not sure it was ever sent. But the cost is clearly on my credit card statement.
I have the email for the Flybe administrators but despite several emails over the last few weeks, I've still not had any response. I just want my money back. Can anyone help me??

Difficult situation. It's not unreasonable for the card company to want to see proof of the booking. 

Whilst the charge from Flybe shows on your card, for all they know that could be for a flight reservation the next day which you took. 

Can only suggest trying the administrators again and seeing if you can get through to someone willing to help. It will depend what systems they have kept live though whilst processing the winding up.
