Help issues with Very delivery during Coronavirus

I’ve ordered a vacuum cleaner on 18/4/2020. I expected a delay in delivery as the pandemic in full flow. Here I am 12th May with no Vacuum cleaner yet Very not being helpful at all. The vacuum has been charged to my account even though I don’t have it.
I’ve phoned 2 times being kept on the phone over 1 hour the first time, 30 mins plus second time and was told to email customer services. The last on the phone was not willing to help to track the item at all.
Both in email and on the phone between very and yodel both not helping. Very say it’s gone to yodel. Yodel saying they don’t have it.
I’ve had an email asking me to review the product! Yet I don’t have the product.
I’m at a loss what to do? All I want is the vacuum cleaner I ordered.

Cancel the order and place it elsewhere? I suspect that will get you a cleaner faster than waiting for them to sort it.1

Hi there,
I also ordered a phone (and paid in full) on the 17th of April for my Father-in-Laws birthday, so he could video call us. Apparently it's with Royal Mail and is due to be delivered on the 24th of April.
They won't speak to me on the phone and have told me via facebook messenger that they cannot help at this time and can't provide a tracking number. I'm shocked they are taking orders and payments and cannot commit to the delivery. I don't know where to go from here. I cannot cancel on my account and I can't speak to anyone.
