CCJ and DRO

Options
Good evening all
I'm looking for some help with a ccj and dro. I had a dro which finished in February 2019 and two of the debts on the dro had ccj's attached to them. These two debts do not exist anymore as they were written off by the dro. I have spoken to the companies and courts that issued the ccj's about having them removed from my credit file as these debts do not exist. They are both refusing to remove them and said it is not in their company policy to do so as the debts were not paid off.
Are they allowed to do this and is there anything I can do?
Your help would be greatly appreciated
TIA

the debts do exist, they are simply not collectable any longer

I'm afraid the CCJs and deafults will stand, the good thing is that come February 2024 all this will drop off and your credit history will be back to normal
  • Ok I had a feeling that was going to be the answer. I'll just have to wait 4 years.
    Thanks for your help
