Seems I am making small important progress since being close to being moved across onto 48 month repayment plan.
from aqua today, Your account is no longer in persistent debt at this moment in time. However, it’s very important that you make regular higher payments to avoid future persistent debt. The easiest way to do this is to set up a Boosted Payment Direct Debit (if you haven’t already). Remember, paying more each month also saves you money on interest and helps repay your balance faster.

Rather than 'Booster Payment' I should be able to continue with a medium direct debit payment -85 per month, which makes some reduction 12xx balance.

Hope this helps other mser's as I had made effort to pay 2 +200 payments during 2020 (In addition to 85DD.

Decryption not required, detailed info which could offer an alternative way in avoiding being forced onto 48 month Credit Card repayment plan, as part of 'Persistent Debt' Rules . i.e. 'New Rules'
Not a solution as such and does require reasonably higher than Minimum payments to continue to avoid re entering 'Persistent Debt'
