Self-Employed Grant - verify identity

Hi - I'm self-employed and through gov.uk website can see that I'm eligible to claim for a grant on 16 May.  However, the next stage is to verify my identity - I live in Northern Ireland.  The first option to verify your identity is to use your driving license - but not applicable to NI Driving Licenses.  The second option is to use a UK Passport - living in NI I am eligible for both UK and Ireland passports - mine is Irish, so I can't use.  The 3rd option is multiple choice questions - when did you last take out a mobile phone contract, personal current account and personal credit card - I have a business bank account.  So each attempt is unsuccessful and throws you out for 24 hours - I've been trying for 5 days!  Rang gov.uk this morning - they told me to search gov.uk verify - did this tried to apply via both Post Office and Digidentity - although I could use my NI driving license attempts on both sites failed.  I feel like I am going to lose out here because 1. I'm from Northern Ireland 2. "there isn't enough information about your credit file or financial history".  Can anyone offer any advice please?
