I have been charged a total of £152.97 through my Amazon Gift Card balance for items I have not purchased. The Items are for games credit (APEX LEGENDS COINS) in three separate purchases at the same time.
I cannot get through to Amazon on the phone (recorded message then call dropped). I was told on their customer service bot that they cannot help and I should contact Electronic Arts. It is impossible to speak to anyone at EA through their website contact link.
Can anyone please advise me of the best way to proceed. Thank you.
