Hi Guys
My daughter has forgotten her sign in password for her hotmail account - this means she cannot access msn or her emails. Can anyone help?

Did she specify an alternate email address when she signed up for hotmail?
If she did, she can get a new password following the instructions here0 -
Only hotmail/Microsoft can help if she can prove it's her account (hopefully she gave an alternative email address when she signed up). You'll have to hope she can go through the automatic reset password process and be able to answer the secret question she setup. Free email accounts have almost no human customer support so there's not much hope if none of the above works."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Right - I think we are up the creek then. She will have to set up another and hope she can get in touch with all her contacts.superscaper wrote: »Only hotmail/Microsoft can help if she can prove it's her account (hopefully she gave an alternative email address when she signed up).
