How did you get on Ptwuk?  I know you got short shrift above but I agree with you entirely. In my eyes the administration of ticket sales is just another cost that the LTA incurs in putting on a tournament. I'm sure they employ loads of third parties that have to be paid. It is nonsensical to say I received a service- all I wanted was to watch a tennis match and there is no benefit to me other than that.

The kicker here is that I was happy to leave my money with them and hope to attend the 2021 tournament. But now they have announced that they will not honour my ticket due to social distancing restrictions (ok), while still selling new tickets to the event (not ok).  I want my money back and not 90% of it back!
And yes, it's £10 or £20 but at some point it's the principle - it's not a fight I have picked!
