Suntransfers, refund problem

Hi i cancelled my transfer with Suntransfers. they offered me a voucher, I declined this as there were 9 people involved in the booking. they said ok then. if you have not used the voucher by the end of summer 2021, then I will receive a full refund. they stated "All the above is in line with guidance from the European Commission who are advising customers to take credit notes instead of refunds to support the travel industry. A change that is also supported by ABTA of which we are a partner."
Is this legal. thanks in advance for any help

When did you cancel? Suntransfers T&C's say you can have a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer. They are still advertising that on their website today.

Hi
I cancelled on the 4th May, we were due to fly on the 17th, I got their cancellation confirmation the same day. Thanks0 -
Politely tell them you don't want a voucher and request a refund in accordance with the T&C's. Maybe point out that they're still advertising the full refund today on their website encouraging people to book https://www.suntransfers.com/announcements/safety-and-prevention-measures
If they still refuse you could consider a chargeback or Section 75 via the card you used.0 -
