Someone else's name on Electoral Roll section of credit report

I am currently not on the electoral register, but wish to, to get the bump in credit score.
However, when I check my report on clear score it tells me that I am registered on the electoral roll, but it is my twins name, rather than my own. Obviously, we share the same family name.
Do I need to dispute this, or should I just register in my correct name?
Thanks

Why are you not already registered on the electoral roll? I didnt really think it was optional if you were an adult, so what is the story here?0

I would suggest you need to perform both actions you suggested.0

It is optional to register to vote.
However if the council's electoral registration officer asks you to register you must do so, or receive a fixed penalty.
The only way they would ask you to register is upon receiving your details from the annual canvas.
You must respond to the annual canvas if you receive it, or you may be prosecuted and fined (different from a fixed penalty).
The person responding to the annual canvas could lie and omit some names of the people living at that household. In this case, the person responding would commit an offence, but the people who didn't register to vote would not be committing an offence.0
