We use Fastway and I cant speak for your area as it is all franchised but the service we get is rubbish. We will use them until the rest of our pre paid stamps are gone and then change. We have had several parcels not delivered and lost, a couple damaged and last week it took five days to deliver what is supposed to be delivered next day . They do not deliver to all areas, it is difficult to work out a rate to charge on to our customers becuase their delivery zones dont make sense,they deliver to parts of Scotland at the national rate but charge more for Lincolnshire, London,the southwest and some other well populated areas. It often takes several calls to chase up a problem, claims are ignored the drivers dont always collect and the tracking info on the website seems to be inaccurate. Any way as I say that is our area (IP) It would be interesting to hear what other people have found.
