Equita debt recovery letter - box junction

After no correspondence from Barking and Dagenham, I have received the attached. Equita have a date of notice that I was not driving in the area but I suspect this is internal, and the debt relates to the last occasion I was in Barking
which was 3 months ago. In that case, the council sent letters to the wrong address so I'll be needing copies with all the evidence.

This looks like council ticket and, if so, you would be better off posting on the Pepipoo forum. This forum specialises in private car parking issues. If it is a PPC, please post which one.4
