Birmingham Airport parking APCOA Parking

Afternoon all,
I got a parking fine at the end of March for dropping someone off near the hotel. I have done it a number of times, never had an issue.
In this letter they have four pictures of my car dong the drop. I appealed the original letter not admitting the who the river was. Now I get a second letter asking for the name and address of the driver at the time of the contravention.
Where do I go from here? Without implicating the driver.
Thank you

Ignore that and wait for the POPLA code of course.  You'll win.

    Sorry what's a POPLA code?
They are asking for a response of name and address within 14 days of this letter are you saying totally ignore what they are asking?

    Thanks

Please can you read the 3rd post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST?

Of course!  That is how you beat APCOA hands down at POPLA stage!  This is the easiest one you could have asked for as long as you DO NOT name the driver ir imply it in your appeals.

You could easily Google search the word Popla and read their website , it's the simplest form of learning these days

I have no idea what on earth you are trying to do, if you are not yet at POPLA stage.  Stop reading the POPLA website.  You appear to have gone there instead of READING THE ADVICE THREAD.  You are not at first appeals stage, you did a first appeal already, you said.

I didn't tell you to read the first post of the NEWBIES thread.  I didn't tell you to use the blue writing first appeal, you've done that already...the blue template is NOT for POPLA.  I said:

    Hi SORRY.
    Not very tech savvy.
I have read the newbies thread
    " RE PCN NUMBER"
I take it this is what you was talking about?
    Thanks

    No.

I don't even know what you are trying to do or why.
I told you to wait for a POPLA code on a rejection letter from APCOA and I told you to read the 3rd post of the pinned sticky advice thread (to LEARN ABOUT POPLA and be ready).

Ignore that and wait for the POPLA code of course.

You'll win as long as you didn't blab about being the driver in that first appeal you made, and keep it that way at POPLA stage when you get a POPLA code from APCOA, when they write again.

Please don't ask 'do I ignore that letter then?'  I've already answered that twice.  If course you do, if it isn't a rejection letter with a POPLA code at the top.
