Hi, I'm due to go away on the 22nd of May in England but we've rented a large house for the occasion - five households are coming together. With the lockdown rules we aren't able to take the holiday and the company I have rented the house from aren't taking any calls or responding to emails. They are due to take th final payment from my account on the 22nd May and the bank say they can't stop the payment. Can anyone help?
