Groupon not delivered

Hi, I ordered an 11 piece rattan cube dining set from Groupon on 27 March 2020. Their website said it would be a 7 day delivery. I expected a delay as in lockdown. This order was £480. I did an online chat on 21 April to query where it was. I was told there was a delay due to large amount of orders. Next I emailed and was told it is being despatched. Again queried it as not received. Again told a date, which came and passed and no set. I queried again and told they cannot deliver and I have a credit for the purchase amount valid for 12 months. By now I am steaming. I email back telling them this is THEFT and fraud as they took my money for goods they couldn't provide and I have no intention of ordering anything big again. I obviously want a refund to purchase elsewhere. They say no. I paid on my debit card. What can I do??

Maybe don't accuse them of theft and fraud, as a first step.
Secondly, establish exactly what you ordered before getting petulant. Groupon, Wowcher, etc are voucher/credit providers. If you bought credit to redeem against an item, you may only be entitled to credit back.
If that's not the case, speak to your card provider about a chargeback.2
