Holiday and the UK Isolation

Good Morning
We have a holiday booked with Jet2 in August ,the balance is due at the end of May . With the Government announcement that anyone returning to the UK will have to go into 2 weeks isolation, as I understand it, this has made it almost impossible to go away. I would have to take 2 weeks unpaid leave on my return to the country ,something which I can't afford to do . We are now looking at deferring this holiday until next year . My question is ,if the Greek Government allow flights into the country and Jet2 commence flights in July, if we can't go because of the Government isolation policy would we be entitled to a refund  or would we lose our money as it was our choice not to fly ?

    Regards Kie68

We probably need to wait until more details come out. No responsible airline is going to be flying UK package holiday customers firstly to a country where there are measures on arrival, and secondly where there are measures when you come back. Be patient.

Think I would have to disagree with you there.
At the end of the day I feel the airline would take the view that it's in business to get you to and from a destination and the restrictions imposed on people either returning or leaving is none of it's concern.

Absolute rubbish.  Be horrible PR if they forced people to do it.
