Problems with Dyson order

So on the 8th of May I checked on the Dyson site to see the next day delivery cut off was 6pm so I ordered a purifier unit at £550 at 3pm, got the email saying its confirmed and would be delivered Saturday, so took the day off work to wait in for delivery, Friday night came no dispatch email so messaged Saturday morning to be told it hadn't been dispatched and would be dispatched on the saturday for delivery Sunday, again Saturday evening came and no dispatch email, messaged again saying it would be dispatched later that night for Sunday delivery, woke up Sunday and still no dispatch so yet again messaged to be told it would be dispatched Sunday for delivery monday, and later on that evening messaged to confirm again that it would be delivered Monday, Monday morning still no dispatch email, so messaged again to be told it would be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday, so messaged Monday evening and again they confirmed it would be delivered Tuesday, Tuesday came and yet again no dispatch email, so contacted them again and have been told it would be dispatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday, I really have my doubts that it will arrive Wednesday! Over these messages I had received on 2 separate occasions messages from Dyson stating my amended order, within these emails it says at your request we have amended the order, never once did I request an amendedment, is this not a clear breach of policy? Also on the monday night I received a email to say it has been dispatched! But yet when I phoned on the Tuesday they stated it hadn't been dispatched yet and was still in their warehouse! When asking to get throught to a manager they hesitate, then disappear for a 10 minutes and come back to say they couldn't get a manager but on the last phone call I asked for a manager, 10 minutes later they stated they couldn't get through to any managers, so I asked if it will definelty be delivered Wednesday to which they replyed when I've spoken to the Manager there they said it would definelty be dispatched tonight! They've offered a set of filters for the unit which would cost them pennies! And on thr last phone call they offered a £30 refund for the inconvenice, has anyone else ever had a problem with Dyson at all? I've messaged in a complaint about the service and attitude of the agents spoken to and also the clear breach twice of stating I requested something when I never.

There is a little emergency on at the moment some things are running late.
I would take the £30

Order before 8pm seven days a week, subject to availability, we'll dispatch your products the same day for next working day delivery to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye). We'll delay dispatch if you've requested delivery for a later date or time.
Wonder if they have no stock.
