Flight Cancellation

Hi all,
I booked a flight in January to Thailand and included cancellation.....
I then cancelled my booking (which had a 20% cancellation surcharge), prior to all flights being cancelled etc..... the company I booked through Opodo are now draggingtheir heels and keep trying to give me a voucher, when I claimed by refund before the main issues hit. Thai Airways was who the flight was with.
What is my stance on this? I paid on a credit card, do I just do a charge back? I have no loyalty to them, they have had long enough to refund my flight and initially told me the refund would be back on my card by March 18th, so of course I am now paying interest on this.
Many thanks!

Contact Opodo again and tell them you are entitled by law to a refund, less the cancellation charge, and you expect payment within 14 days. Emphasise that a voucher is not acceptable. If they still refuse to comply, then contact the CC company.
