Jet2 cancellation

hi there, just looking for some advice. my grandparents were meant to go on holiday on the 2nd may but have not yet heard from Jet2. the website tells me their holiday is cancelled but formal cancellation has not happened. i've made a complaint on their website but have not received any acknowledgement from them re my complaint. just wondering what to do next as Jet2 have their money and as of yet have made no effort to return it to my grandparents or offer them another holiday.

Well given its not your holiday to complain about you probably wont get any reply.

As per their website they are working through people.in departure date order.

thanks for that. i have tried ringing but keep getting the answer machine, i'll have a look at the Jet2 thread

You ringing is pointless unless your grandparents are in the same room as you.
