Dispute between Transunion and Klarna going nowhere??

Hello,
There are missed payments on my credit file from Klarna when I returned an item and where still expecting payments.
They accepted that this is wrong and are now in contact with Transunion to have this removed from my credit file. I first disputed this over 6 months ago and have been repeatedly told by both parties that they are waiting confimamation from each other to go ahead with the removal.
Transunion have asked for an individual update from Klarna and have assured me nothing has come through from them.
Klarna are claiming they have sent the update and can do no more from there end.
Please help, what can I do? its getting frustrating now!!
