TUI Call centre help numbers

Hi,
Is there anyway of actually contacting TUI, I need to pay final balance on holiday booked before all this started! all the numbers I have 0800 009 3836, 0203 451 2868, 0203 636 1997...all of them are just saying call this other number or call back later. I can't email anyone or virtual chat them as there is none available. There appears to be no way of actually getting through to them - I can't do it via the app as it was booked in store. Does anyone have any other ideas...also what happens if the final balance isn't paid? do we lose the holiday? even if its not our fault...

Hi there Jenjen101, I am having the same issue. My father-in-law and husband spent all day on the phone yesterday trying to get through with no joy. I've been onto the ABTA website and cannot find anything on there either. It is just saying that TUI will be contacting travellers in order of departure date. I am not clear if this means just the people who have already paid in full or those of us who have a balance remaining. I appreciate that they are very busy but like you we are concerned that the blame will be placed on us. I am not sure if this will invalidate our Travel Insurance too.

No, you will not lose out because you tried to contact them to pay, make sure you keep a record of the details of your efforts to contact them, just in case you need them.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.

We have managed to get through to the call centre and they have suggested for us to email stockton@tui.co.uk (I believe this is the email address for the TUI call centre) to ask if we can make a final payment and how we go about making the transaction. I suggest adding your booking reference, departure date, outstanding balance and the id of the branch you booked at (if you have it). I wouldn't provide any bank details though, wait until you get a reply.0

Success! We have just managed to speak to someone at the call centre and pay the final balance. Perseverance is key.

Success I have just got through to the call center and spoke to a lovely lady, she said they have had terrible issues with the actual phone lines and technical issues but it all seems to be working now. So keep trying it seems that they are sorting it out. I did have to try 14 times and just kept pressing redial. Good luck1
