MSE Experian credit file

Hi, I’ve been using the MSE Experian credit file since it began, now, all of a sudden it can’t confirm my identity! I’ve not moved or had any changes to circumstances it’s just suddenly stopped. Is there anyway I can sort this? Experian aren’t interested, they’ve not replied to any of my emails and when I go on their website they want to charge me £15 a month to have a look at what I’ve been looking at for free for years!

Have you tried submitting a formal complaint to Experian? I had to do it three times but eventually someone responded.1

I’ve emailed them twice but I now think formal complaint is the way forward, I don’t understand how the sudden we can’t confirm identity has happened having no change in circumstances though after all these years.0
