What do I do?

I placed an order with a third party seller on Amazon, the item never arrived even though there was an update on their website claiming that the item had been delivered as per the original order. After having sent several ‘where’s my stuff?’ messages, Amazon told me that I was entitled to a refund, which I accepted. The order was placed on Apr 10, from a UK seller, they claimed it was delivered Apr 17. The items arrived yesterday May 11th. Do I have to send these items back? Should I offer to pay but ask for a discount because of the inconvenience and time wasted chasing the order? What should I do?

Why on earth do you think it's acceptable a) not to pay or b) send the goods back?ExPat2019 said:I placed an order with a third party seller on Amazon, the item never arrived even though there was an update on their website claiming that the item had been delivered as per the original order. At least contact the seller and ask what they would prefer you do.
Is the lack of integrity another symptom of Covid-19?

You are under no obligation to send the items back yourself but what you must do is to advise the seller that you have them and ask them to arrange for a collection at a time that is convenient to you.ExPat2019 said:The items arrived yesterday May 11th. Do I have to send these items back?
If you don't want to do it this way, ask the seller to provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can drop the package off at a Post office or courier depot.1
