Bounce Back Loans process/evidence

Hi everyone,
I'm in a position where I need to apply for the Bounce Back Loans (self-employed and my income for 18/19 was shocking due to newly self-employed, so my SEISS will be minimal). However, I've just moved house and all of my stuff is in storage. What evidence do I need in order to apply? Do I need to submit copies of tax returns or my books etc?  Also, since my 18/19 turnover was poor, can I use projected turnover for this year based on my 19/20 income and new contracts gained?

I'll be applying to my own bank but operate through a personal account rather than separate business account.

Thanks!
Deb
